School Behaviour Matrix

This is our school matrix which shows how students are expected to behaviour in different situations at school. It links with our school motto of 'Kia Toa, Kia Ora, Kia Ako' (be your best, be well, be a learner)

Some of these expectations are dotted around the school as a reminder. The green shows the expectation shown in Te Reo Maori with the English translation below in blue.

2015 Goal Setting

Each year we set regular goals that link closely with the Practising Teacher Criteria. These are set and reviewed during appraisals with management.

We have observations which allow for discussion around our goal and feed-forward is given.
